For distributors and agents who sell RO membranes
There's a membrane line your rivals can't carry.
Here's what's in it, where it belongs and what it does to a quote. Plus the 7 questions that stop you carrying someone's rinsed leftovers by mistake. 3 of them are ones we can fail.
1 email, about a minute from now. No calls unless you ask for one. Unsubscribe in 1 click and the Line Sheet is still yours. Privacy notice.

Written for your customer meeting.
About 6 minutes to read. Take it into the room with you.
- The 3 gradesHigh Flow, High Rejection and Super High Rejection. What each one is built for. All 3 are 8 inch elements.
- The fit mapThe duties this line belongs in, and the ones where we'll tell you to sell new instead.
- What it does to a quoteThe cost-per-m³ method. Your customer buys permeate, and that's where the saving shows.
- The 7 questionsHow to tell regenerated from rinsed. Ask them of us and of everyone else. 3 of them we can fail.
- The objection sheetWhat to say when your customer asks how close it is to a new element.
- The 1-chamber trial1 pressure chamber, 2 to 8 elements, water in and water out agreed up front, and both sides measure.
What's deliberately left out: margin, territory and terms. They depend on where you sell and what you already carry. They're the first thing we cover on a call.
4 things we'd rather tell you now than after installation.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't hit its datasheet the moment you install it.
A regenerated element reaches its datasheet performance after some hours of operation. A new one gets there faster. We say so before anything ships, so there are no surprises on start-up day.
What it isn't
It isn't as good as new, and we won't say it is.
Our elements deliver 85 to 90% of the rejection and flow of a new element. They cost 30 to 50% less. For duty that doesn't need the last few percent, that trade wins on cost per m³. For duty that does, we'll tell you to buy new.
Where we stand
Cleaning sells you the leftovers. Regeneration adds life back.
Anyone can rinse a used element and put a new carton around it. A supplier who won't tell you which one they do has already told you.
Where we stand
We turn membranes down.
Every element goes through 6 checks when it arrives. What fails becomes refuse-derived fuel. It never goes into a box with our name on it.

Chemical engineer. He developed our regeneration process and set the intake checks that decide which elements we won't work on.
A line your rivals can't quote.
Ask us all 7 questions. Ask everyone else all 7. If we're the only ones who answer them, that tells you something.
