How it works
A local company, with each side doing what it does best.
The joint venture is a new company in your territory, owned by you and Second Life Water Treatment Trading FZ-LLC, our holding company. You hold the majority. Second Life Water Treatment Trading holds the process and licenses it to the joint venture.
