Membranes
1 spent element,3 grades out.
The conditions inside our process set each element's rejection and flow. That's how 1 spent seawater element becomes High Flow, High Rejection or Super High Rejection.

8 inch elements, tested to ISO 20466:2024.
| Grade | SKU | Permeate flow, GPD (m³/d) | Min. salt rejection | Feed spacer | ISO 20466 class |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High Flow | 2L-HF8040-T | >10,050 (>38) | >96.0% | 28 mil | C4 |
| High Rejection | 2L-HR8040-T | >7,950 (>30) | >98.5% | 28 mil | B5 |
| Super High Rejection | 2L-SHR8040-T | >5,283 (>20) | >99.3% | 28 mil | A5 |
Test conditions
All 3 grades: 2,000 ppm NaCl, 225 psi (15.5 bar g), 77 °F (25 °C), pH 8, 15% recovery.
Performance is measured after about 30 minutes of operation and normalised back to these conditions. Permeate flow for individual elements may vary ±15%.
Which grade suits which duty
High Flow for brackish duty where flow matters most: municipal wastewater, agriculture, industry, mining, pulp and paper.
High Rejection for the same brackish duties where salt passage matters more than throughput.
Super High Rejection where you need the highest rejection of the 3 grades.

Oxidation damage isn't covered by the warranty. Remove residual free chlorine in pretreatment before the feed reaches the membrane.
Where they fit, and where they don't
A regenerated element holds 85 to 90% of a new membrane's rejection and flow.
For most secondary duties that's the right call, at 30 to 50% less than a new element, and a lower price every replacement cycle.
For drinking water and first-pass seawater at full spec, buy new, and we'll tell you so.

3-year prorated limited warranty
Every element ships serial numbered, vacuum-sealed and boxed, with a 3-year prorated limited warranty. The warranty prevails over our general terms and conditions.
Start with Try & Buy
Buy 2 to 8 elements for 1 pressure chamber and run them beside your current elements on the same feed. We agree the water in and the water out in writing first, and both sides measure. If you're not happy, you get your money back. You pay the freight.
Morgan Meinecke
Don't trust a regenerated membrane you haven't tested.
Which is exactly why we start with 1 chamber. Put our elements next to yours, on your water, and read the numbers off your own plant.
Talk to us
Tell us what the water does.
The application, the feed water, the flow and the quality you need out. That's enough for us to recommend a grade, quote a price and tell you straight whether regenerated fits the duty, with the cost per m³ against what you run now.
A larger project? We can run a full system projection for your plant. Tick the box and we'll send you our project questionnaire.
