Every element starts as a spent seawater element from a desalination plant. We regenerate it in our own process, and test every one on its own to ISO 20466:2024.

A reverse osmosis element runs 3 to 5 years in a desalination plant. Then it comes out, and almost all of it goes to landfill. The polyamide, the fibreglass shell, the permeate tube, the spacers. All of it.
Most of those elements still have a working selective layer. That's the part the industry throws away.

Our own regeneration process runs in our 2ndLifeRevive plant in Ras Al Khaimah, developed over 5 years. A spent seawater element goes in. A regenerated product with defined performance comes out, in 3 steps.

Every grade is an 8 inch element, tested to ISO 20466:2024, for non-potable duty. Serial numbered, vacuum-sealed and boxed, with a 3-year prorated limited warranty.

All 3 grades are tested at 2,000 ppm NaCl, 225 psi (15.5 bar g), 77 °F (25 °C), pH 8, 15% recovery. Permeate flow for individual elements may vary ±15%.

These are duties where cost per m³ decides the budget and the feed water is nowhere near first-pass seawater. High-frequency replacement is where the saving compounds.
