A batch that varies costs you more than it saves.
So our procedures get written on the factory floor.

Meet Morgan Meinecke, a founder of Second Life RO and our managing director.
He built our plant in Ras Al Khaimah, and he runs it.
Before this, he co-founded INMATEC Gas Technology, ran it as managing director, and built it into the company behind some of the largest oxygen and nitrogen plants in the region.
He had just sold it when Second Life RO came along.
His method is plain.
He works next to the team, watches how the job gets done, and writes the procedure the first time somebody does it.
So the procedure comes out of the work.
He solves a problem, then builds the system so the problem stays solved.
That's why the checks on every element run the same way on a Tuesday as they do at the end of a long week.
Somebody wrote them down while the job was in front of him.
He builds the system. Then he gets out of the way and lets the team run it.
