Spent elements trap their dirt between the layers.

That's why plenty of experts said they couldn't be regenerated.

Spent elements trap their dirt between the layers.

A flat sheet of membrane is easy to work on.
You can see it, clean it and test it.

A spent seawater element is a roll.
The membrane is wound tight, with the dirt from its first life trapped in between.
The doubt was about getting something good out of that roll.

When our founders looked hard at spent seawater elements, they saw something else too.
The structure was still strong.
The polymers had lost very little.

So there was value inside something the industry was throwing out.
The research on it was scattered, so we ran our own tests until we found the common thread.

What came out of that work is a controlled, stable transformation of a rolled element.
It's our own regeneration process, and how it works stays inside our plant.

Every element that passes our checks goes through it.
Then it's tested on its own, and it ships only if the numbers hold.

If you've doubted regenerated elements because of the roll, that's a fair doubt.
We had to answer it ourselves before anyone else.
