Our customer swaps membranes every 6 to 7 weeks.

At new-element prices, that almost closed them down.

Our customer swaps membranes every 6 to 7 weeks.

They treat manure in the Netherlands.
The photos are from their site: the elements as they come out, and what's packed inside them.

The duty runs at high pressure, so it needs seawater elements.
When they bought the system, they planned on 12 to 16 weeks per set.
They get 6 to 7.

The system was the wrong fit for their water.
It was a €400,000 investment, so starting again wasn't an option.
And with a new set of seawater elements going in every 6 weeks, the numbers stopped adding up.

So they moved to our regenerated elements.
The water didn't get any kinder.
Our elements come out on about the same 6 to 7 week cycle, and each set costs them 50% less.

For them, it was a life changer.
They were close to shutting, and today the plant is still running and still buying from us.

On a duty that eats a set every few weeks, the price of each set decides whether the plant pays for itself.
That's the duty our elements are made for.

If your duty needs every point of seawater rejection, at full spec, buy new.
We'll tell you so.
